HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE PROPER SIZE LIGHT IS FOR MY ROOM?
A chandelier hanging over a table should be at least half of the smallest diameter of the table, but no larger than that diameter less 12". For example, if you have a table that is 36" x 60", the smallest size chandelier would be half of 36" or 18" and the largest size chandelier would be 36" less 12" or 24". Or, you can use the handy size calculator located in the customer service section of this website!
For a chandelier hanging in the center of the room, measure the room on the diagonal. Whatever that measurement is in feet, your chandelier should be that size in inches. For example, if the room measures 24 feet on the diagonal, the chandelier should be approximately 24" in diameter.
