WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
At FranklinLighting.com we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise. However, sometimes damage in shipping can occur. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every attempt to replace the damaged items as quickly as possible. In order to facilitate this process, please call our customer service toll free number 1-888-452-6772 within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 9 to 5 and Saturday from 10 to 5 EST.
