WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
FranklinLighting.com will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of shipping. Products must be unused and contain all original parts, packing, and accessories. We cannot accept returns of items not in original boxes. Call our customer service toll free number 1-888-452-6772 Monday - Friday from 9 to 5 or Saturday from 10 to 5 EST.
