PAYMENT OPTIONS


We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept purchase orders for those with an existing credit account with us. 7% sales tax will be added to all shipments to the state of Florida. Shipments to locations outside the state of Florida will not be charged sales tax. It is the consumer's responsibility to abide by the sales tax laws applicable to their state.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. Please keep your password and computer secure.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


For items able to be shipped via UPS or DHL, shipping is free. Some items are too large for UPS or DHL. These are only available by pick up at our store in Sarasota, or by our own truck in our local delivery area. If you are outside of the Sarasota-Bradenton area, please call customer service at 1-888-452-6772 Mon-Fri 9 to 5 and Sat 10 to 5 EST for a quote on shipping prices. We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. Once your order is placed, shipping dates & tracking information will be e-mailed to you. Most orders will ship within three business days.

We maintain a huge inventory of merchandise in stock at all times. However, from time to time we will be temporarily out of stock on an item you may need. When this happens, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the out of stock status and give you the opportunity to decide if you want to wait for the item or cancel the order for this item.

When you place your order, you are required to provide us with a valid e-mail address. We use this address to send you an e-mail when your order is received, and again when your order is shipped. These e-mails will provide you with the information on order status as well as a tracking number when applicable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


FranklinLighting.com cannot accept returns after 30 days from shipping date. Products returned must be unused and contain all original parts, packing, and accessories. We cannot accept returns of items not in original boxes. Contact our customer service department at 1-888-452-6772 Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 and Saturday 10 to 5 EST to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) sticker. This sticker will be mailed to you and MUST be placed on the outside of the box you are returning. Items returned without this sticker will be refused. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. If return is due to to a FranklinLighting.com error or defect, FranklinLighting.com will reimburse you for the shipping charges. All returns must be shipped to: Franklin Lighting, Inc., 3600 N. Lockwood Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL 34234. Please allow two weeks to process the return.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE


At FranklinLighting.com we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise. However, sometimes damage in shipping can occur. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will make every attempt to replace the damaged items as quickly as possible. In order to facilitate this process, please call customer service at our toll-free number 1-888-452-6772 within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday from 9 to 5 and Saturday 10 to 5 EST.
